At a glance

  • Over 250

  • 11

Partner pages, one for each infrastructure partner

In short

  • Rally Rep is the dealer-facing division of Rally Trailer Manufacturing. Its reps connect crews with equipment from partners like Dura-Line, CommScope and VeEX.
  • I designed and built its website, with a page for each partner, a map that points you to your regional rep, and a “Click for Your Rep” call tab at the top of every page.
  • I also handled the marketing for Rally Connects, the tradeshow Rally Rep hosted at Rally HQ in Mona, Utah, from the event emails to the banners and signage.

The situation

Rally Rep covers telecom, power and gas infrastructure, with eleven partners from Dura-Line and CommScope to Oldcastle and VeEX.

So the site is built around two questions: who makes what I need, and who is my rep?

My role

I designed and developed the site in WordPress with Divi Supreme Pro and Elementor, plus custom HTML and CSS.

The home page leads with a slider of partner brands, each with a button to that partner’s website, then sections for Reel Trailers, Any Part You Need and Equipment Source that send you to the partners. Each partner has its own page, and the Find Your Rally Rep page puts a map of the regions next to the phone number.

Outside the website I handle Rally Rep’s email campaigns and trade show materials, and I keep working on the site so it stays fast and easy to use.

Rally Connects Tradeshow

The Rally Connects Tradeshow was one of the biggest projects I helped bring to life at Rally Trailer.

What started as a small idea to host around 100 people turned into a packed event with over 250 attendees, including Utah Governor Spencer Cox, who came and gave a speech.

I handled the marketing side of the event—from designing flyers, emails, and social posts to creating banners and signage that tied everything together.

I also helped capture photos and videos throughout the event and worked with the team to make sure everything ran smoothly.

The tradeshow was a huge success, not just for turnout but for the connections, partnerships, and attention it brought to Rally.

The event emails

Four of the emails behind Rally Connects, before, during and after the event.

  • The Rally Connects Tradeshow email header, "September 9–11 · Mona, Utah", with a photo of a demo under a tent and a Schedule & Info button.

  • The event info section of the Rally Connects email, listing dates, location, host, registration, cost, audience and highlights including a keynote by Utah Governor Spencer Cox.

Event info, with the Governor's keynote listed first

  • The "Rally Connects Kicks Off Today" email, with a short intro and a photo of attendees at a live demo.

  • The Mailchimp campaign list showing the "Rally Connects Kicks Off Today!" and "Thank you for coming to rally connects" emails, with recipient counts and rates blurred.

Result

rallyrep.com is live, with eleven partner pages, the regional rep map, the call tab on every page and a request form for onsite equipment training.
